在前一篇中,我们集中讨论了部门和工作组网络的常见技术及设计方案这样,我们就具有了建立更大型网络的基本模块。但这仅仅是一个开端,我们还需要设计出主干网络,用来连接这些基本模块,从而在整个企业或校园网环境内建立起数据通信设施。设计、规划企业主干时的思考角度,与设计工作组网络时的考虑角度有所不同,它需要更全局的思考,所面临的环境也更加复杂和多样化,需要从性能、管理及费用等多个侧面去考虑问题。本篇的重点将集中在网络布局和主十设计上,讨论了各种形式的主干结构,以及路由和交换技术的选择和安排。
In the previous article, we focused on common technologies and design scenarios for departmental and workgroup networks so that we had the basic module for building larger networks. But that’s just the beginning, and we also need to design a backbone that connects these basic modules to create data communications facilities across the enterprise or campus network. It is different from the perspective of designing a workgroup network when it comes to designing and planning a business backbone. It requires more holistic thinking and a more complex and diverse environment. It requires a combination of performance, management and cost A side to consider the problem.
