一、一体化课改引发教师结构之变培养适应一体化课程实施与开发的教师,是全国技工院校课程改革面临的难题。为此,北京市工业高级技工学校(以下简称学校)率先提出了普通教师、一体化教师、课程负责人、专业带头人的师资队伍“四梯级”结构,保障一体化课程改革实施的有效性,使教师职业生涯有了清晰的定位及明确的发展方向。(一)一体化课程需要与之匹配的实施者。一体化课程的实施需要教师能够按照企业标准引领学生完成真实工作任务,一体化教师应全面掌握本专业知识,有较强的专业技能,同时还应具备基本教学能力。
