泡沫混凝土通常是用机械方法将泡沫剂水溶液制备成泡沫,再将泡沫加入到含硅质材料、钙质材料、水及各种外加剂等组成的料浆中,经混合搅拌、浇注成型、养护而成的一种多孔材料。由于泡沫混凝土中含有大量封闭的孔隙,使其具有良好的轻质性、整体性、低弹减震性、施工速度快、环保性等性能。特别是利用轻质土取代路基帮宽填筑AB组填料,由于减轻了质量,减轻了填筑材料附加应力对既有成型路基沉降影响。本文以郑徐高铁萧县北站新增接触网维修工区路基帮宽填筑为例,通过路基本体轻质土施工,总结介绍泡沫轻质土在高速铁路路基帮宽填筑的施工应用。

In particular, the use of lightweight soil instead of embankment to help fill the width of AB group packing, due to reduce the quality and reduce the additional stress of filling materials on the existing subgrade settlement. In this paper, a case study is carried out on the basis of the wide subgrade construction of the new contact line maintenance work area in Xiaoxian North Station of Zhengxu High Speed Rail Railway. The construction and application of foam light soil in the wide subgrade of high speed railway are summarized through the construction of lightweight soil in subgrade.
