Japan is an island nation surrounded by water. In the slender land, rivers and streams criss-cross, water is rich and water quality is good. Japan’s annual rainfall is twice the world average annual rainfall, reaching over 1800 mm. There is a sense of urgency about water in countries so rich in water resources. In order to awaken people to cherish every drop of water, the Japanese government started a water-saving campaign from 1977 and stipulated that August 1 each year will be a water festival with the activity of “Love Water Week.” At that time, the Japanese Environment Agency issued a call for “Top 100 Famous Water”. Through expert surveys and comparisons, 100 well-known water sources were selected to inform people of their location and the formation and characteristics of water. People are welcome to watch and drink. After this series of publicity activities, people not only really understand the formation of water, the development of drinking is a complex project, the middle process to go through the process, and truly feel that water conservation is something every citizen can not shirk
