“非平衡定态相图”新概念在1994年提出,相应的几套金刚石低压气相稳定生长相图也完成系列计算,并与大量实验相符,这不但对新材料(目前对低压金刚石)的制备与工艺具有定量化的指导意义,而且在非平衡热力学领域中创建了非平衡热力学相图计算的新分支领域。在法国Tour市举行的金刚石’96国际会议上,非平衡定态相图是唯一的热力学研究工作。我们的理论计算与到会的意大利的M.Marinelli的精确实验结果几乎完全一致,引起很多学者的极大兴趣,认为这是我们的首创性工作。并积极建议我们进一步开展c-BN,β-C_3N_4等新材料
The new concept of “non-equilibrium stationary phase diagram” was put forward in 1994.
