以高校移动图书馆服务质量为研究对象,借鉴移动商务服务质量和移动图书馆服务质量测评的相关理论,从系统性能、数字资源、馆员及移情性服务四个方面对影响高校移动图书馆服务质量的因素进行剖析,并通过问卷调查进行实证分析,检验其合理性、科学性。以期为提升我国高校移动图书馆服务质量水平提供借鉴和启示,使移动图书馆能更好地为读者服务并满足其需要。
Taking the service quality of mobile libraries in universities as the research object and using the theory of service quality of mobile commerce and the evaluation of service quality of mobile libraries for reference, this paper analyzes the impact of the mobile libraries on mobile libraries in universities from four aspects: system performance, digital resources, librarians and empathic services Service quality factors analysis and empirical analysis by questionnaire to test its rationality and scientific. With a view to providing references and enlightenment for improving the service quality of mobile libraries in colleges and universities in our country, the mobile library can better serve readers and meet their needs.
