前言在小学数学教学过程中,有一部分学生尽管智商正常,但是学习能力和效率比较低,一般称为数学学习障碍。小学阶段是学生学习数学基础知识的黄金阶段,所以这就要求教师应该在教学过程中针对数学障碍进行深入的研究,找到有效解决数学学习障碍的方法。只有帮助学生消除在学习数学知识过程中的障碍因素,才能够使学生在数学学习中得到更加有效的锻炼,实现自身综合能力的发展,实现素质教育的最终目标。一、落实因材施教的教学理念
