地铁施工造成邻近管线危害及其保护是一个重要问题。研究地铁隧道暗挖施工引起管线变形有助于在保证地铁暗挖施工的同时,确保管线的变形满足管线的正常使用,为地铁隧道的安全高效施工提供技术支撑。基于Winkler弹性地基梁理论模型,分别推导出与隧道轴线平行和垂直情况下的刚性接口地下管线由于隧道暗挖施工引起的变形计算公式,结果表明:隧道直径、管隧距离、沉降槽宽度系数、管径、管壁厚、管材弹性模量、下卧岩土体弹性模量、特征系数、泊松比、地层损失率等参数是管线变形的主要影响因素。以西安地铁三号线通—胡区间施工工程为例,制定了管线变形监测方案,工程实践表明理论预测公式计算结果与实际相符。

Taking the construction project of Xi’an metro line 3 - Hu Interval as an example, a pipeline deformation monitoring program has been formulated. The engineering practice shows that the theoretical predictive formula is in line with the actual result.
