大型企业的人才发展工作往往面临人才构成复杂、组织反应能力差、平台和制度建设工作难等问题,笔者通过组织能力理论的视角,从员工能力、员工思维、员工治理三方面进行人才发展需求分析,同时结合振华重工的实际案例进行解说,试图对大型企业人才培养工作的经验进行一些有益的总结。
Talent development in large enterprises often faces such problems as complex personnel structure, poor organizational response capacity, difficult platform and system construction work. The author analyzes the demand for talent development from the perspectives of organizational capability theory, employee competency, employee thinking and employee management At the same time, it explains the actual case of Zhenhua Heavy Industries and tries to make some useful conclusions about the experience of personnel training in large enterprises.
