采用圆二色谱和荧光寿命等方法研究了单 [6_(对甲基苯硒基 )_6_脱氧 ]_β_环糊精 ( 1 )、单 [6_苯胺基_6_脱氧 ]_β_环糊精 ( 2 )和单 [6_(L_色氨酸 )_6_脱氧 ]_β_环糊精 ( 3)3种环糊精衍生物在 2 98.1 5K时磷酸缓冲溶液 (pH =7.2 ,0 .1mol·L-1)中的构型 .研究结果表明 ,化合物 ( 1 )和 ( 3)在水溶液中存在不同程度的自包结 ,而化合物 ( 2 )的取代基则游离于环糊精空洞之外 .采用圆二色谱滴定法测定了 3种环糊精衍生物对几种环醇的配位稳定常数 ,发现在磷酸缓冲溶液中 ,化学修饰β_环糊精疏水取代基在空间的位置影响了主体对客体的配位能力 .
Cyclodextrins (1) and mono [6-anilino-6-deoxy] _β-cyclodextrin were studied by means of circular dichroism and fluorescence lifetime. (2) and single [6_ (L_tryptophan) _6_deoxy] _β_cyclodextrin (3) 3 kinds of cyclodextrin derivatives in 2 98.1 5K phosphate buffer solution (pH = 7.2, · L-1) .The results show that compounds (1) and (3) have different degree of self-entrapment in aqueous solution, while the substituents of compound (2) are free from the cyclodextrin cavity The coordination stability constants of three cyclodextrin derivatives to several cyclic alcohols were determined by circular dichroism titration and found that the position of the hydrophobic substituent of the chemically modified β_cyclodextrin in the phosphate buffer solution affected the position The main body of the object coordination ability.
