职工培训的质量和办学效益不高,已成为建立现代企业职工培训制度中面临的一个十分突出的问题。造成这个问题原因是多方面的,其中与多年来盲目追求培训的规模和数量有直接关系。因此,转变以往粗放式的职工培训方式,切实把培训方向、路子、工作重点转移到以集约培训、提高质量和效益为中心的轨道上来,以资源配置和投入产出比最佳化的效益型职工培训,是实施科教兴国战略的一个极其重要的方面。
The quality of staff training and the low benefit of running a school have become a very prominent issue facing the establishment of a modern enterprise staff training system. The causes of this problem are manifold, of which there is a direct relationship with the scale and quantity of blind pursuit of training over the years. Therefore, we should change the past extensive training methods for staff and workers, and earnestly shift the training direction, approaches and work focus to the track centered on intensive training, quality improvement and profitability. With resources allocation and input-output ratio as the optimum benefit type Staff training is an extremely important aspect of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.
