分析了信阳化工总厂在氯气生产过程中发生的三次NCl_3爆炸事故的起因,获得了导致爆炸的根本隐患是电解盐水总铵含量超标的结论。同时,发现石墨阳极电解槽较金属阳极槽有抑制NCl_3积累的作用,管道内残存的NCl_3受强振亦会爆炸。
The causes of the three NCl_3 explosion accidents occurred in the production of chlorine gas were analyzed. The fundamental hidden danger that led to the explosion was the conclusion that the total ammonium content of electrolytic brine exceeded the standard. At the same time, it is found that the graphite anode cell has the effect of inhibiting the accumulation of NCl_3 than the metal anode cell, and the residual NCl_3 in the pipeline can also be exploded by strong vibration.
