采用低温高剪切工艺制备了胶粉改性沥青,对比分析了脱硫胶粉和硫化胶粉改性沥青的基本路用性能,研究了相容剂对脱硫胶粉改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:随着脱硫胶粉用量的增加,改性沥青的软化点升高,25℃针入度减小,5℃延度提高,165℃黏度增大。脱硫胶粉改性沥青较硫化胶粉改性沥青具有更好的低温性能。相容剂的加入增强了脱硫胶粉与沥青的相互作用,提高了改性沥青的性能。
The rubber powder modified asphalt was prepared by low temperature and high shear process. The basic road performance of desulfurized rubber powder and vulcanized rubber modified asphalt were compared. The effect of compatibilizer on the performance of modified asphalt with desulfurized rubber powder was studied. The results showed that as the amount of desulfurized rubber powder increased, the softening point of the modified asphalt increased, the penetration at 25 ℃ decreased, the ductility at 5 ℃ increased, and the viscosity at 165 ℃ increased. Desulfurized rubber powder modified asphalt vulcanized rubber modified asphalt has better low temperature performance. The addition of compatibilizer enhances the interaction between desulfurized rubber powder and asphalt and improves the performance of modified asphalt.
