选择福州市多所中职学校酒店管理专业学生为对象,从专业认知、专业情感、专业意志、专业价值4个维度考察中职学生专业认同情况。探查酒店管理学生专业认同的差异情况,分析影响其专业认同的因素,并从专业建设和人才培养的角度,提出改善酒店管理学生专业认同状况的策略。
This paper chooses the hotel management students in a number of secondary vocational schools in Fuzhou as the objects to investigate the professional identity of secondary vocational students from the four dimensions of professional cognition, professional emotion, professional volition and professional value. Explores the differences of hotel management students’professional identity, analyzes the factors affecting their professional identity, and puts forward the strategies to improve the professional identity of hotel management students from the perspective of professional construction and personnel training.
