杂交早稻威优8120在三叶期喷施防寒药剂,冷害后,成秧率、秧苗素质比对照提高;叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量较对照增加;根系的脱氢酶活性亦明显增加.威优48作晚稻种植,在孕穗期和始穗期喷药,冷害后,剑叶的叶绿素含量、含氮量和硅化细胞数较对照均有不同程度的增加,但可溶性糖含量减少.试验结果表明,喷施药剂能增强籼型杂交水稻的耐冷性.
The hybrid rice “Weiyou 8120” was sprayed with cold-proofing agent at the stage of “three-leaf stage”, and after cold injury, the seedling yield and seedling quality were higher than those of the control; the content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar were increased as well as the activity of dehydrogenase in the root. For late rice planting, spraying at the booting stage and the beginning of the heading stage, the chlorophyll content, nitrogen content and the number of silicified cells in flag leaves increased to some extent compared with the control, but the content of soluble sugar decreased.The results showed that spraying Application of chemical agents can enhance the cold tolerance of indica hybrid rice.
