Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation on stress urinary incontinence, the factors influencing curative effect and relapse and the prognostic evaluation. Methods 46 patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomized into the prospective study according to the intent of treatment, including 19 premenopausal women and 27 menopausal women. Application of biological feedback + pelvic floor electrical stimulation treatment instrument for treatment, follow-up observation of the treatment effect. Results Of the 46 cases, 43 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 93%. The average time for each treatment was 40 minutes. Premenopausal patients treated 4 to 30 times, an average of 10 times, the effective time for the first 1 to 10 times, an average of 3.6 times; menopausal patients treated 6 to 30 times, an average of 9.8 times, the effective time for the first 10 times, the average Was 4.2 times; different body mass index (<24 or ≥ 24 kg / m ~ 2) and urinary incontinence (mild, moderate and severe) were different in the number of treatment, but no significant effect (P> 0.05). After treatment, the patients were followed up for 3 to 22 months. Forty patients had complete follow-up data, 6 patients were lost to follow-up, 9 patients were cured, and 4 patients with biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation were still selected for surgery. Three patients relapsed and relapsed Take the initiative to accept biological feedback + pelvic floor stimulation, still effective. Conclusions Biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation can effectively treat stress incontinence, menopause, body mass index and urinary incontinence.
