南京市纬三路过江通道是目前国内最长的双管双层盾构隧道,为满足通风及防灾要求,隧道内部设有排烟通道。排烟通道设计时采用了传统现浇混凝土隔墙,现场工作量大,作业人员多,其施工进度是隧道总工期的控制性因素之一。为加快施工速度,本文针对排烟通道隔墙进行了预制化设计研究,提出了采用有钢结构支撑的预制配筋混凝土墙板作为隔墙结构的设计方法,并设计了预制隔墙板和钢龙骨支撑结构。经分析,排烟通道隔墙采用预制化设计技术,满足使用功能、承载力和耐久性要求,可以有效提高施工灵活性,加快施工速度,与现浇混凝土结构相比有较大的技术经济优势。
Nanjing Wei three-way cross-river channel is currently the longest double-tube double shield tunnel in order to meet the ventilation and disaster prevention requirements, the tunnel has a smoke exhaust channel. In order to speed up the construction process, this paper studies the prefabricated design of the partition wall of smoke evacuation passageway, and proposes the design method of the prefabricated reinforced concrete wall plate with steel structure support as the design of the partition wall structure, and designs the prefabricated partition wall plate and steel Keel support structure. After analysis, prefabricated design technology is adopted for the partition wall of the smoke evacuation passage to meet the functional requirements, bearing capacity and durability requirements, which can effectively improve the construction flexibility and speed up the construction speed. Compared with the cast-in-place concrete structure, it has greater technical and economic advantages .
