西昌市东河水电厂720千瓦机组,因水轮机与发电机容量不配套以及泥沙磨损破坏严重,水轮机运行效率很低,电厂委托我院进行水轮机技术改造。我院王巧、陈其秋和李国梁负责设计了改型新转轮(混流式D_1=71厘米),使水轮机与发电机容量匹配,更能适应电站引用流量情况,平均运行效率可提高4~6%。为了减轻泥沙磨损,延长大修间隔和减少大修电量损失,除了改善下环流线区域流态外,还采用了耐
