八百垧地面水处理厂的设计规模为10×10~4m~3/d,是大庆油田最大的地面水处理厂。本文首先介绍了该厂的工艺流程,进而对取水工程、净水工程、输水工程及其他配套工程设计情况作一简要介绍。与同类型工程设计相比,在工艺方面采用了30多项技术革新和技术改造成果(例如首次采用螺旋叶片管道混合器,水泵进口安装抗震喉,采用局部提升基本自流的排水系统等)。采用这些成果后,可节省基建投资100万元以上,年节省运行电费2万多元。
The 800-ton surface water treatment plant has a design scale of 10×10~4m~3/d and is the largest surface water treatment plant in Daqing Oilfield. This article first introduced the process flow of the plant, and then made a brief introduction to the water intake project, water purification project, water delivery project and other ancillary engineering design. Compared with the same type of engineering design, more than 30 technological innovations and technological transformation achievements have been used in the process (such as the first use of spiral blade pipe mixers, the installation of anti-shock hoses at the pump inlets, and the use of drainage systems that locally lift the basic self-flow). After adopting these achievements, it can save more than 1 million yuan in infrastructure investment and save more than 20,000 yuan in operating electricity costs.
