本文报道了8种近海底栖褐藻在不同浓度的人工海水中的光合活性。结果表明其最高光合活性大部分处于0.75倍到正常海水浓度之间。呼吸活性一般和光合平行,但当藻体受渗透冲击明显伤害时,某些藻中呼吸作用发生不正常的提高。本文尚以各藻达到正常光合活性80%的浓度范围作为指标对所测褐藻对介质浓度的适应性进行了比较,并与其所在栖息地之间的关系进行了讨论。
This paper reports the photosynthetic activities of eight benthic marine benthic algae in different concentrations of artificial seawater. The results showed that most of its highest photosynthetic activity was between 0.75 times normal seawater concentration. Respiratory activity is generally parallel to photosynthesis, but when the algae are significantly damaged by osmotic shock, the respiration in some algae occurs abnormally. In this paper, we also compare the adaptability of brown algae to medium concentration with the concentration range of 80% of normal photosynthetic activity of each algae as an index, and discuss the relationship with the habitat where they are located.
