在部局领导下,为了进一步办好《铁道车辆》、《国外铁道车辆》刊物(以下简称两刊),更好地为车辆现代化建设服务,决定建立两刊编辑委员会。 一、四方车辆研究所受部局委托在铁道部各有关业务部门和路局、工厂、院校、研究所聘请热心刊物工作的专家组成编委会。编委会是两刊编辑部编辑出版工作的领导机构。
Under the leadership of the ministry, in order to further improve the publication of “railway vehicles” and “foreign railway vehicles” (hereinafter referred to as “the two issues”), to better serve the modernization of vehicles, the two editorial boards and commissions were decided to be established. First, the Quartet Vehicle Research Institute commissioned by the ministry in the Ministry of Railways, the relevant business departments and road agencies, factories, universities, institutes hired enthusiastic publication of the composition of the editorial board of experts. The Editorial Board is the lead agency for editing and publishing of the two editorial departments.
