面对现代的社会发展,人们的工作在迎接着巨大的挑战,企业对于人力资源的利用还不到位,甚至会出现人力资源的浪费或短缺,造成极大的工作障碍,所以面对紧张的局势,企业必须加强人力资源的合理配置和管理,使人力资源分配到位,并且能够做到人尽其责,保障企业的人力合理化布局,最终实现企业的健康稳步发展。
Faced with the modern social development, people’s work is facing a huge challenge. Enterprises are not yet fully using human resources and even wasting or short of human resources, resulting in great job obstacles. Therefore, in the face of the tense situation , Enterprises must strengthen the rational allocation and management of human resources, allocate human resources in place, and be able to do their duty to ensure the rational distribution of manpower of enterprises and eventually realize the steady and healthy development of enterprises.
