丹参酮ⅡA在90℃水浴加热72h,降解产物经GC/MS分析,可检出烷烃等46种分解产物.推断该分解反应与丹参酮ⅡA在水中转化成酮类,发挥递氢体作用,促进氧化还原反应有关。
Tanshinone IIA was heated in a 90°C water bath for 72 h. The degradation products were analyzed by GC/MS and 46 decomposition products such as alkanes were detected. It is inferred that the decomposition reaction and conversion of tanshinone IIA into ketones in water play a role of the hydrogen donor and promote the redox reaction.
