土工织物散体桩是一种新型的地基处理技术,其工艺近似碎石桩,但在桩身外设置土工格栅筒,为了保证软土地基中碎石桩的承载力,对格栅筒的强度应有一定的要求,即格栅受到的环向拉力不能达到或超过其抗拉强度极限值,否则会导致格栅失效影响加固效果。文章基于弹性力学的基本假定通过受力分析提出了计算碎石桩中应力及格栅筒中拉力的简化计算法和有限元模拟法。通过算例分析阐述了两种算法所得结果的异同点,进而分析了基础刚度、桩身自重、格栅筒及上部荷载对碎石桩及格栅中拉力的影响。
Geotextile bulk pile is a new type of foundation treatment technology, its process is similar to gravel pile, but outside the pile body set geogrid, in order to ensure the soft soil foundation gravel pile bearing capacity, The strength should be a certain requirement that the grid by the circumferential tension can not reach or exceed its tensile strength limit, otherwise it will lead to grid failure affect the reinforcement effect. Based on the basic assumptions of elastic mechanics, this paper presents a simplified calculation method and finite element simulation method for calculating the stress in gravel piles and the pulling force in the grating tube through the force analysis. The similarities and differences of the results obtained by the two algorithms are illustrated by the example analysis, and then the influence of the basic stiffness, the self-weight of the pile body, the tensile force of the gravel piles and the grids by the grating cylinder and the upper load is analyzed.
