在采用冷输工艺后,为解决井口漏失问题,提高油井管理水平,我们分析了漏失的原因:除了所使用的光杆表面粗糙而且不防腐和盘根盒与光杆悬点不对中形成偏磨盘根外,另一原因是目前所用的了睛橡胶盘根抗磨性能差。一九七五年六月份我们用多次磷化光杆解决光 杆防腐并采用带偏心的盘根盒使盘根盒与光杆悬点对中后,又用南京橡胶厂试制的一种抗磨性较强的聚氨酯盘根,在11口井上进行了试用,取得了较好的效果。
