创新,其实质是创造性,它并不是高不可攀的,而是人皆有之。创造性是主体发展的最高体现。如何培养创造力呢?我认为教学中应注意以下几点:一、凭借好奇的心理,激发创新的欲望好奇心可以促使人积极思考,大胆探索,可以说它是一把打开创造之门的钥匙。对小学生来说,由于受知识、能力等方面因素的限制,许多东西都能引起他们的广泛兴趣。对此在教学中教师要积极引导,激发他们的求知欲望。教师面对学生的好奇心切不可讽刺打击,要保护他们的好奇心,激发他们的求知欲望。儿童期是人的一生中最具有创新禀赋和潜能的时期。保护这种天赋需要我们保护儿童的好奇心,并凭借这种好奇心,积极引导,激发他们乐于创新
