中国饮食文化博大精深,中餐菜名五花八门、精彩纷呈,如何正确地将之译成俄文是一大难题。本文从分析中餐菜名的命名方法入手,总结了中餐菜名俄译的一些方法以及翻译时应遵循的原则。
The Chinese food culture is profound and profound. Chinese food names are varied and colorful. How to correctly translate them into Russian is a big challenge. This article starts with the analysis of the naming method of Chinese dishes name, summarizes some methods of Chinese cuisine name translation and the principles to be followed when translating.
