目的:明确基于茎痕判定的不同生长年限重楼药材中甾体皂苷含量。方法:基于茎痕数目判定重楼药材的生长年限;采用HPLC测定不同样品中重楼皂苷Ⅶ,重楼皂苷Ⅵ,重楼皂苷Ⅴ,重楼皂苷Ⅱ和重楼皂苷Ⅰ的含量。结果:不同批次重楼药材被区分为生长年限3~7年,3~8年和3~9年的样品。所有检测样品均符合2015年版《中国药典》重楼药材项下重楼皂苷Ⅶ,Ⅵ,Ⅱ和Ⅰ的总量不低于0.6%的要求;在检测的5个指标成分中,以偏诺皂苷类重楼皂苷Ⅶ为主。不同年限样品甾体皂苷的含量总体上呈现随年限增长而增加的趋势。结论:茎痕可以作为典型外观特征纳入重楼药材传统质量评价体系。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of steroidal saponins in Rhizoma Paridis of different growth stages based on the determination of stalk marks. Methods: Based on the number of stalk marks, the growth period of Rhizoma Paridis was determined. The contents of saponins Ⅶ, saponins Ⅵ, sapogenin Ⅴ, saponins Ⅱ and sapsaponin Ⅰ in different samples were determined by HPLC. Results: Different batches of Rhizoma Paridis herbs were divided into samples with growth years of 3-7 years, 3-8 years and 3-9 years. All test samples were in line with the requirements of the total amount of saponins Ⅶ, Ⅵ, Ⅱ and Ⅰ under the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2015 edition of not less than 0.6%; among the five index components tested, Repetitive saponin Ⅶ type. The content of steroidal saponins in different years showed a trend of increasing with the increase of years. Conclusion: Stem marks can be used as a typical appearance characteristic to be included in the traditional quality evaluation system of Rhizoma Paridis.
