拔尖创新人才的培养已在国内多所重点普通高校开展相关实践,就高职院校而言,拔尖创新人才的培养主要应着眼于技术能手型、创新创业型和两者的复合型。高职教育的快速发展和中高职衔接贯通“立交桥”的搭建为拔尖创新人才的培养提供了基础保障和时间保障。在此前提下,构建由培养工作组与考核工作组构成的培养组织架构,规范学生遴选标准和程序,校企协同配备高水平师资,设计独具特色的培养方案、课程体系和教学模式,并且科学制订激励和退出机制是实现拔尖创新人才培养的实践路径。
