在班级建设中,班主任是比较核心的人物。在新课改不断深化的背景下,对于学生的德育教育得到了越来越多的重视。小学生还处于成长的关键时期,这时班主任一定要充分发挥自己的引导作用,使学生形成良好的道德品质和正确的价值观。本文针对小学班主任如何开展德育教育提出了几点策略。
