通过小鼠实验初步估算了肾显像剂99mTc－EC在人体内的辐射剂量，所得结果与其他几种常用肾显像剂作了比较，结果说明，引起偏差的主要原因是4h内没有排尿。
The radiation dose of 99mTc-EC on human kidney was preliminary estimated by mouse experiment. The results obtained were compared with several other commonly used kidney imaging agents. The results showed that the main cause of the deviation was that there was no urination in 4h.
