档案本质属性是档案定义的核心,也是研究档案定义的逻辑起点和支撑档案学理论大厦的基石,为此,笔者一直非常关注理论界的新成果,也作了一些认真而深人的研究工作,本文再次略陈管见。 一、国内档案本质属性研究现状简析 迄今为止,笔者所见国内有关档案本质属性的代表性观点就有9种,虽有孤陋寡闻、挂一漏万之嫌,但仅此即足见我国档案学界对这一问题的重视程度及治学态度之积极。这9种观点,就其形成时间和影响范围来说,可以分为传统观点（或主流观点）和反传统观点（或反主流观点）两类,前者有“原始记录性”（以中国人民大学档案学院学者为代表）,后者有“备以查考性”（伍振华）、“凭证属性”（王恩汉、朱益祥等）、“三属性交集”（王玉声）、“结构”（李福君等）、“鉴定和整理”（王岚厂“归档”和“集中保存”（查启森、张照余等）、“非现行性”（傅荣校）、‘呐在有机联系性”（肖英）等8种。其中前6种观点,笔者已在《档案本质属性再认识》和《档案本质属性研究》（以下简称‘《两文》”）①中论及,故从略。现仅就“归档”和“集中保存”、“非现行性”、“内在有机联系性”3种观点作简要评析。
