本文在考虑工艺摩擦系数与支持辊轴承油膜厚度随轧制工艺条件而变化的基本条件下,应用逆轧制线方向改变辊缝和辊速的直接计算法动态规格变换设定与控制模型,根据具体给定的压下与主传动控制系统特性,对冷连轧动态规格变换进行了计算机仿真试验。计算机仿真试验结果表明,由于考虑到压下和主传动控制系统特性,所以本仿真试验能与实际规格变换生产过程相接近。本文给出对不同带钢厚度精度要求时,动态规格变换动态过渡段带钢长度。
In this paper, under the basic conditions that the friction coefficient of process and the film thickness of backup roll bearing vary with the rolling process conditions, a direct calculation method of changing the roll gap and roll speed in the direction of the reverse rolling line is used to set and control the dynamic specifications. Given a specific reduction and the characteristics of the main drive control system, a dynamic simulation of cold tandem mill specifications was carried out. The results of computer simulation show that this simulation experiment can be close to the actual production process because of considering the characteristics of the system and the main drive control system. In this paper, the strip length of the dynamic transition section of the dynamic gauge change is given when the requirements of different strip thickness accuracy are given.
