[目的]研究开发用于现场检测水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物残留的快速检测试纸条。[方法]采用胶体金免疫层析技术,通过利用不同的样品垫及反应模式进行试验,研制出适合于现场检测水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物残留的快速检测试纸条。[结果]该试纸条对孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐性结晶紫的检测限均为2μg/L,检测所需时间约10 min。[结论]该试纸条操作简便、快速、检测灵敏度高,试验结果一目了然,可作为孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物在水产品中残留检测的有效筛查手段。
[Objective] The research aimed to develop a rapid test strip for on-site detection of malachite green, crystal violet and its metabolites in aquatic products. [Method] The colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique was used to test the rapid test strips suitable for on-site detection of malachite green, crystal violet and their metabolite residues in aquatic products by using different sample pads and reaction modes. [Result] The detection limits of the test strip for malachite green, latent malachite green, crystal violet and latent crystal violet were both 2 μg / L and the detection time was about 10 min. [Conclusion] The test strip was simple, rapid and sensitive. The test results were clear at a glance and could be used as an effective screening method for the detection of malachite green, crystal violet and their metabolites in aquatic products.
