基于Winkler地基模型,将框架结构、条形基础、地基的共同作用简化为弹性地基上的剪弯梁模型,研究了不同施工距离等影响因素下,基坑开挖对邻近建筑基础沉降变形和内力的影响。算例结果表明:随着建筑物与基坑开挖面距离的增大,建筑基础梁的相对挠曲将依次呈现为下凹形态、“∽”形态以及上凸形态。当基础梁跨越坑外土体沉降槽最低点和上凸挠曲曲率最大点位置时,基础梁下凹和上凸形态的相对挠曲,以及其正、负弯矩、剪力均达到峰值。
