目的:探讨白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)与脑缺氧缺血的关系。方法:用双抗体夹心法测定38例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)、16例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者(TIA组)及40例正常人(对照组)周围血的IL-1、IL-6、TNF水平。结果:发现脑梗死和TIA组的IL-1、IL-6及TNF水平较对照组明显增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);脑梗死组亦较TIA组明显增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:以上三种细胞因子在脑缺血和(或)再灌注损伤中可能起重要作用,三者水平越高,脑损害越重。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and cerebral hypoxic-ischemic. Methods: The levels of IL-1 in peripheral blood of 38 patients with cerebral infarction (cerebral infarction group), 16 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) and 40 healthy controls (control group) were measured by double antibody sandwich method , IL-6, TNF levels. Results: The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF in cerebral infarction and TIA group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), and were significantly higher in cerebral infarction group than those in TIA group Significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: These three cytokines may play an important role in cerebral ischemia and / or reperfusion injury. The higher the three levels, the more severe brain damage.
