在“升学——应试”教育的影响下,有些教师对练习不加选择、滥加布置.试图以多取胜,学生终日处于题海之中。在长期的实践及课题研究中,我尝试对练习组织的策略进行了探索,收到了明显的效果。这一策略可以表述为“精选——配置——指导”。1.精选策略(1)练习的选择要紧扣教学目标,目的要求明确。练习的目的,最终是为了实现教学的目标。因此,在数学教学中组织练习要紧紧围绕教学目标,避免选题的随意性。
Under the influence of the “advanced education-exam-reading” education, some teachers did not choose and overspoiled the practice. Trying to win with more, the students stay in the sea all day long. In the long-term practice and research of the subject, I tried to explore the strategy of practicing the organization and received obvious results. This strategy can be expressed as “selection - configuration - guidance.” 1. Selected Strategies (1) The selection of exercises should be closely related to the teaching objectives, and the requirements must be clear. The purpose of the exercise is ultimately to achieve the goal of teaching. Therefore, organizing exercises in mathematics teaching should focus on teaching objectives and avoid the arbitrariness of topics.
