心钠素(cardionatrin)亦称心房肽(Atrial-natriuritic peptid,ANP)在人工心脏起搏患者前后的变化国外研究较多,国内尚未见到类似报告.现将我院应用VVI型心脏起搏患者56例手术前后ANP的变化报告如下.临床资料一、一般资料:56例(男性32例,女性24例),年龄在34～81岁之间,平均66.2岁.二、心功能分级:心功能按NYHA分级法:Ⅰ级42例,Ⅱ级14例.三、基础心脏病:冠心病46例,心肌病4例,心肌炎后遗症1例,传导系统退行性变5例.
Atrial-natriuretic peptid (ANP) cardionatrin is also widely studied in the world before and after the change of artificial cardiac pacing, and no similar report has been reported in our country. 56 cases (32 males, 24 females), aged 34 to 81 years old, with an average of 66.2 years old. Second, the classification of cardiac function: cardiac function NYHA classification: 42 cases of grade Ⅰ, 14 cases of grade Ⅱ Third, the basic heart disease: coronary heart disease in 46 cases, 4 cases of cardiomyopathy, myocarditis sequelae in 1 case, 5 cases of degenerative conduction system.
