1998 年长江发生全流域性大洪水,中游干流河段普遍超过或接近历史最高水位,以城陵矶—螺山河段尤为严重。产生城陵矶—螺山河段高位洪水的主要原因有洪水峰量大、分洪溃口减少、槽蓄容量小、荆江裁弯及河势调整、洪水恶劣组合、水情特殊等6 种因素。河段局部淤积使洪水水位的抬高影响有限,并不是1998 年该段洪水水位偏高的主要原因。此外通过对螺山河段各种影响因素的定量分析,给出了各种因素影响螺山水位的变化范围,可供长江中下游防洪规划参考
In 1998, a flood occurred in the entire Yangtze River basin. The middle reaches of the mainstream generally exceeded or approached the highest water level in history, especially in the sections of Chenglingji - Luoshan. The main causes of high flood in Chenglingji - Luoshan reach are the following six factors: high flood peak, reduced flood diversion, small storage capacity of the trough, adjustment of river jets and adjustment of the river regime, poor flood conditions and special hydrological conditions. The partial deposition of the riverbed has a limited impact on the elevation of the flood water level, which is not the main reason for the high flood water level in this section in 1998. In addition, through the quantitative analysis of various influencing factors in Luoshan section, various factors that influence the range of Luoshang water level are given for the reference of flood control planning in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River
