[目的]检测转录反式作用因子结合蛋白(TIP30)与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在乳腺癌中的表达水平。[方法]应用免疫组织化学Elivision法,检测72例乳腺癌及其癌旁乳腺组织中TIP30和VEGF-C蛋白表达水平,并分析它们与临床病理指标之间的关系。[结果]TIP30蛋白在乳腺癌及相应的癌旁乳腺组织中的阳性表达率分别是33.33%、87.50%,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。VEGF-C蛋白在乳腺癌及相应的癌旁乳腺组织中的阳性表达率分别是80.56%、26.39%,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。TIP30蛋白、VEGF-C蛋白在乳腺癌的表达与有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、c-erbB-2和雌、孕激素受体表达均无关(P>0.05)。[结论]TIP30在乳腺癌旁组织中的表达明显高于癌组织,VEGF-C表达情况则相反,两者呈负相关。
[Objective] To detect the expression of transcription factor TIP30 and VEGF-C in breast cancer. [Methods] Immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to detect the expression of TIP30 and VEGF-C protein in 72 cases of breast cancer and its adjacent tissues. The relationship between the expression of TIP30 and VEGF-C and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression rates of TIP30 protein in breast cancer and corresponding paracancer tissues were 33.33% and 87.50%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.05). The positive rates of VEGF-C protein in breast cancer and corresponding paracancer tissues were 80.56% and 26.39%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.05). The expressions of TIP30 and VEGF-C in breast cancer were correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with age, clinical stage, tumor size, c-erbB-2 and estrogen and progesterone receptor (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of TIP30 in paracancerous tissues is significantly higher than that in cancerous tissues, while the expression of VEGF-C is opposite, and the two are negatively correlated.
