在医疗垃圾焚烧炉中进行了不同燃烧方式的焚烧实验.实验选择两种燃烧方式进行比较:低空气系数燃烧实验,空气系数为1.3;常规足量空气系数燃烧方式,空气系数为2.0.实验中采用保持二次风量不变,仅通过调节一次风量的方式改变空气系数,测定了烟气中NOx与CO的质量浓度.实验研究表明:低空气系数燃烧能够在垃圾床层中形成稳定的高温燃烧区域;低空气系数燃烧方式产生的烟气量下降20%,NOx的产生量下降约33%,灰渣热灼减率提高21%.
