提出了一种直接测量行波超声马达定子和转子接触状态的方法—电接触法。利用这种方法研究了接触预压力和定子激励电压(定子振幅)对定子和转子接触状态的影响。借助于自制的超声马达摩擦特性模拟实验装置,测量了超声马达堵转力矩和空载转速随接触预压力和定子激励电压的变化。提出用相对接触长度描述定子和转子的接触特性,建市了超声马达特性与定子和转子相对接触长度的联系。此外,还利用现有的行波超声马达定子和转子接触理论模型,计算了给定工作条件下接触区长度,并与实验结果进行了比较。研究结果可为行波超声马达的设计提供理论指导。
A direct method of measuring the contact state of stator and rotor of traveling wave ultrasonic motors - electric contact method is proposed. The influence of contact pre-stress and stator excitation voltage (stator amplitude) on the contact state between stator and rotor was studied by this method. With the self-made ultrasonic motor friction characteristics simulation experimental device, the change of the closing torque and the no-load speed of ultrasonic motor with contact pre-pressure and stator excitation voltage were measured. It is proposed to describe the contact characteristics between the stator and the rotor with relative contact length and to establish the relationship between the characteristics of the ultrasonic motor and the relative contact length between the stator and the rotor. In addition, using the existing theoretical model of stator and rotor contact of traveling wave ultrasonic motor, the length of the contact zone under a given working condition was calculated and compared with the experimental results. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of traveling wave ultrasonic motor.
