目的:观察天麻素注射液联合布洛芬片治疗小儿偏头痛急性发作期的临床疗效,及对患儿血浆内皮素(ET)、血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法:选取84例偏头痛急性发作期患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用布洛芬片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合天麻素注射液治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后血浆ET、血清IL-4、血清IL-17水平及头痛评分的变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血浆ET与血清IL-17水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),血清IL-4水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组的血浆ET与血清IL-17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组头痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组的头痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻素注射液联合布洛芬片治疗小儿偏头痛急性发作期临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患儿的头痛症状,增强人体的免疫调节功能,抑制炎症发展。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of gastrodin injection combined with ibuprofen tablet in the treatment of acute migraine in children, and to evaluate the effect of gastrodin (ET), serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin- 17 (IL-17) levels. Methods: A total of 84 children with migraine during the acute attack were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The control group was treated with ibuprofen, and the observation group was treated with gastrodin injection on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The changes of plasma ET, serum IL-4, serum IL-17 and headache scores before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than that in control group (80.95%, P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of plasma ET and serum IL-17 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), while the levels of serum IL-4 were significantly increased (P <0.05) 17 levels were lower than the control group (P <0.05), serum IL-4 levels were higher than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, headache scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). Headache scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of gastrodin injection and ibuprofen tablet has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute migraine in children. It can effectively relieve the headache in children, enhance the immune function and inhibit the development of inflammation.
