目的了解大学女性教职员工饮食、运动和人体成份、握力、上臂肌围的关系,分析和探讨营养和运动干预措施。结果体脂能更确切反应一个人的肥胖程度,骨骼肌不足占49.6%,运动量不达标者占40%,奶类摄入不足者占65%,豆类摄入不足者占70%,骨量不达标者占56.9%,水果摄入不足者较蔬菜摄入不足者多。结论该校女性教职员工在饮食和运动方面存在较多问题,应加强营养宣教,积极进行营养和运动干预,提高整体健康水平。
Objectives To understand the relationship between diet, exercise and body composition, grip strength and musculoskeletal gyms of university female faculty and to analyze and discuss nutrition and exercise interventions. Results body fat can more accurately reflect a person’s degree of obesity, skeletal muscle deficiencies accounted for 49.6%, 40% of those who do not exercise, milk intake of 65%, less than 70% of beans, bone mass Non-compliance accounted for 56.9% of those who lack more fruit intake than vegetable intake. Conclusion There are many problems in the diet and exercise of female staff in this school. Nutrition and education should be strengthened, and nutrition and exercise intervention should be actively carried out to improve the overall health level.
