利用销———环摩擦试验机研究了干式条件下,由非晶态粉末制作的超细晶粒Al100X(Ni033Y053Co013)X合金棒材的摩擦学性能。结果表明,随X的增加,挤压温度的降低,合金的摩擦学性能提高。摩擦过程中,粘着磨损和生成磨屑的磨粒磨损反复作用并不断加强,其中尤以磨粒磨损显著。还利用透射电子显微镜和电子探针X射线对磨屑形貌和成分进行了分析。
The tribological properties of ultrafine-grained Al100X (Ni033Y053Co013) X alloy rods fabricated from amorphous powders were investigated using a pin-ring friction tester under dry conditions. The results show that with the increase of X, the extrusion temperature decreases, the tribological properties of the alloy increase. Friction process, adhesive wear and abrasion generated abrasive wear and tear repeatedly play and continue to strengthen, especially abrasive wear significantly. Morphology and composition of wear debris were also analyzed using transmission electron microscopy and electron probe X-ray.
