本文研究了稀土变质处理对改善铸造镍基合金的组织和耐蚀性能与铸造性能的影响。试验结果表明,在这种镍基耐蚀合金中加入适量的稀土可明显地细化合金的晶粒,改变碳化物与夹杂物的形态与分布,提高合金的耐蚀性能,使其铸造性能亦有所改善。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth modification on the microstructure, corrosion resistance and casting performance of cast Ni-base alloy were studied. The test results show that adding appropriate amount of rare earth into the nickel-base corrosion resistant alloy can obviously refine the grain size of the alloy, change the shape and distribution of carbide and inclusions, improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy and make the casting performance it has been improved.
