论述中国采煤的历史,中外采煤技术的发展。建设性提出封闭式采煤方法的设计方案及该方法需要解决的问题。2009年我国原煤产量超过20亿吨,这意味着有120～200亿立方米的煤层气被排到大气中,浪费了能源,也污染了环境,此外瓦斯爆炸问题一直是个“顽疾”。采用封闭式采煤方法很好的解决了这几个问题。 Discusses the history of coal mining in China, the development of coal mining technology in China and foreign countries. The design scheme of closed coal mining method and the problems to be solved by this method are proposed constructively. In 2009, the output of raw coal in China exceeded 2 billion tons, which meant that 120 to 200 billion cubic meters of CBM was discharged into the atmosphere, wasting energy and polluting the environment. In addition, the gas explosion problem has always been a “chronic illness.” The use of closed mining method is a good solution to these problems.
