中职校的教学是以就业为导向,结合基础理论知识进行实践操作的过程,单一的教学评价不能准确的体现学生的成绩水平。因此,中职校必须改变传统的评价方式,根据教学内容的不同,制定一套多元化的评价标准体系。中职教学是以就业为导向的,单一化的、一刀切的教学评价不利于职校学生的成长发展。改变传统,从不同的学习对象、目的、态度等主观因素出发,制定多元化教学评价体系,评价才会起到积极作用。一、职校教学评价现状和问题
The teaching of secondary vocational school is based on employment and combined with basic theoretical knowledge to carry out practical operation. The single teaching evaluation can not accurately reflect the students’ achievement level. Therefore, vocational schools must change the traditional evaluation methods, according to the different teaching content, to develop a set of multiple evaluation criteria system. Vocational education is employment-oriented, a single, one-size-fits-all teaching evaluation is not conducive to the growth of vocational school students. To change the tradition, starting from subjective factors such as different learning objects, goals and attitudes, we should formulate a diversified teaching evaluation system so that evaluation can play an active role.
