20世纪90年代初,对素质教育开始进行改革实践。这些改革的思想和方式都以培养人才为目标。21世纪以后,人们才更多关注学生核心素养的提升。对于学生核心素养是什么的问题,每个人有自己的理解和表达。国家深化课程改革、落实立德树人目标的基础是核心素养体系的建设,是接下来课程改革深化工作的重要组成部分,也是未来改革基础教育的指导,地位极其重要。
In the early 1990s, quality education began to reform practice. The ideas and methods of these reforms all aim at cultivating qualified personnel. After the 21st century, people pay more attention to the improvement of students’ core literacy. For students what is the core of the problem of quality, everyone has their own understanding and expression. The deepening of the curriculum reform and the implementation of the goals of the Lideshu people are the core components of the system of core literacy education and the important part of the deepening of the curriculum reform as well as the guidance for the reform of basic education in the future.
