格林巴利综合征(Guillain-Barre syndrome,GBS)是一种可以恢复的、预后良好的疾病,偶可死于呼吸衰竭,以及末梢循环衰竭、高血压危象和致命的心律失常等严重植物神经功能障碍(AD)。但在GBS 病程中 AD 对预后的影响一直未引起足够的注意,为此作者对24例确诊为 GBS 的住院病人做了前瞻性研究。本组病例均排除了其他可影响植物神经功能及心率和血压等的疾患,如糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、肺及甲状腺疾病。患者男16、女8例,年龄12~65岁。每例观察3~6个月,结果如下:
Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is a recoverable, well-prognosed disease that can even die of respiratory failure and severe autonomic dysfunction such as peripheral circulatory failure, hypertensive crisis, and fatal arrhythmia Dysfunction (AD). However, the impact of AD on prognosis in the course of GBS has not been given enough attention. To this end, the authors prospectively studied 24 inpatients with GBS diagnosed. In this group of patients are excluded other diseases that can affect autonomic function and heart rate and blood pressure, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, lung and thyroid disease. Patient 16 males and 8 females, aged 12 to 65 years old. Each case observed 3 to 6 months, the results are as follows:
